Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Approximately one pound. Parmigiano-Reggiano is an Italian hard cheese that is produced from cow's milk. This 24-month aged cheese has been called the "King of Cheeses" and a "practically perfect food." We couldn't agree more!

It is named after the producing areas, the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, the part of Bologna west of the Reno, and Modena. Parmigiano is the Italian adjective for Parma and Reggiano for Reggio Emilia. Suggested on cheese boards or over your favorite pasta.

Branzi Cheese
Approximately one pound. This raw cow's milk cheese takes its name from a village in the upper Brembana Valley. This cheese is soft and compact, with unique patridge eye holes and young, typically aromatic delicate flavor. Each wheel is aged at least 30 days, and we recommend setting it at room temperature for 15 minutes before consuming it. A classic pairing is to melt the cheese over a warm batch of polenta, and pairs fantastically with a full-body red wine.

Gennari Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse Cheese
0.6 LBS. Gennari Parmigiano is the Ferrari of Parmigiano. The milk for these cheeses is skimmed minimally, producing very little rennet, very little whey, a highly controlled brine, and optimal slow aging. The features make production more costly, but makes a difference on your taste buds! We recommend eating it raw, or with a touch of Delizia Vinegar. It also makes a fantastic addition to any charcuterie board.

Approximately 1.1 LBS. Family-run company located near Lake Maggiore that has been producing blue cheeses and in particular Sweet Gorgonzola PDO for three generations.
