Annie creates nostalgic East Asian treats using sustainable ingredients.

The journey of Annie’s T Cakes started almost a decade ago when I committed to a climate-friendly, plant-based diet. As an Asian American who eats plant based for the planet, it's been years since I've eaten the delicious foods I grew up sharing with my family. I’ve been passionate about making an eco-conscious food space, but also frustrated at the lack of food brands tailored to Asian American diets. So, I decided to make my own solution starting with vegan, gluten free, and upcycled Taiwanese pineapple cakes.

Just like we should all take care of each other, I believe companies should also exist to better society. That's why a percentage of all profits will go towards community groups organizing towards a more just and regenerative food system.

For the community. For the planet. Thank you for coming on this journey with me!
