Dumpling Club is a weekly meal service that consists of hand-crafted frozen dumplings and pre-prepped side dishes that chef and founder Cathay Bi (a former Google PM!) started when she realized there were no frozen dumpling options that were high quality enough to feed her family.
Now, the dumplings that Cathay makes are so coveted that there is a waitlist to join her dumpling club.
Luckily for the rest of us non-club-members, Dumpling Club also offers a monthly “freezer stock” sale—though it usually sells out within minutes, too.
Needless to say, these dumplings are really special. It could be due to Cathay’s passion for using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients and her intense focus on the perfect ratio of filling to wrapper. It could also be due to Cathay’s use of both traditional and non-traditional Chinese techniques that result in unique dumpling varieties, like her “vegetable-forward” dumplings. Regardless, we are so excited to be sharing Dumpling Club with the Neon community.
