Mack Estrada has handcrafted luxurious desserts in San Francisco for just shy of a decade, first studying the pastry arts at the former Art Institute of San Francisco, before rising through the ranks as pastry chef across eight years at One Market Restaurant. He launched MackBox in the fall of 2019, as the Bay Area's first snack-obsessed delivery service. His signature variety box, packaged in bold black and gold, features an assortment of handcrafted desserts, including entremets, cookies, brownies, and Chex mix. Each treat is designed for perfect balance in flavor and texture, and they often star Filipino flavors, including ube, kalamansi, furikake, and favorite childhood candies.
