Former executive pastry chef makes her own bespoke entremets, macarons, and treats.
PQ Fung has attracted a loyal following. If you're not already among them, we can promise that her mirror-glazed mousse desserts will make your heart flutter. She's been in the food/pastry industry for a while, and most recently, she was the Executive Pastry Chef at Alexander's Patisserie. In 2020, she started her own business focusing on Asian-inspired cakes, entremets, and macarons, most of them bespoke. Not only is she really popular, but she runs her own business, and she is a new mom. With all she's got going on, we are especially excited to be able to share her beautiful treats with you!
