We capture the excitement, romance and richness of Brazil in the magic of its favorite national chocolate treat.
Growing up in Brazil, Renata Stoica’s family home was constantly abuzz with the laughter of celebration. Friends and family often gathered at the house, entranced by both the warm hospitality and the family business of brigadeiros, a Brazilian-style chocolate truffle of varying flavors. Incredibly rich with a soft, smooth texture, Renata spent hours making these Brazilian treats with her mother and sisters, mastering the family recipe until it became second nature.
Moving to San Francisco with her tech entrepreneur husband, Andrei, Renata never thought she’d make brigadeiros again. That was her old life, something in the past. But one day, that changed. Renata made a batch of her family’s brigadeiros for her friends. The applause was instant, and from that support, an inspiration grew — tinyB Chocolates. Sourcing chocolate from Latin America and condensed milk from local purveyors, Renata is proud to showcase her brigadeiros to the Bay Area. Or, as Renata says, “From our family to your family."
