Chef Zhao Bistro in San Mateo is quietly popular for its Sichuan goodness. Yeah, their Yelp ratings aren't great, blame it on the inconsistent service that's common in many authentic Chinese joints. But hey, let's focus on the real deal here – the food!

When the pandemic hit, Chef Zhao got creative and launched their special "Set Dinner." It's a weekly thing with ever-changing dishes that'll feed a family of 3-4. And guess what?
